§ Mr. PETOasked the Minister of Munitions whether, in view of the shortage of labour and the consequent need of motor tractors, ploughs, and other similar agricultural machines, he will take steps to liberate the principal makers of these machines in this country from the manufacture of munitions to a sufficient extent to enable them to deliver orders before the end of harvest, so as to secure as far as possible a full area of autumn ploughing and seeding?
