HC Deb 11 May 1916 vol 82 c925W
Sir A. MARKHAM

asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether any Prize Bounty has yet been paid to the officers and men of the Navy; if so, what is the amount; and in respect of what ship or ships?

Dr. MACNAMARA

The only award of Prize Bounty which has been made up to the present is that for the destruction of the "Cap Trafalgar," by His Majesty's ship "Carmania," amounting to £2,115. The distribution of the shares of the officers and men concerned was notified in the "Gazette" of the 5th instant, and as now in progress.
