§ Mr. ELLIS DAVIESasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the importance attached in foreign countries, neutral and otherwise, to the articles appearing in the leading newspapers in this country, he will consider the desirability of providing by Regulation under the Defence of the Realm Act that all newspaper articles shall bear the signature of the author, so that the readers of the newspapers may know what value to attach to the opinions expressed therein?
