§ Mr. FORSTERYes, Sir; payment is being made to the Board of Control (Lunacy) for the use of the Red Cross Military Hospital, Maghull, which was about to be opened as a State institution for defectives when the War Department took it over. Payment will also be made 1907W to the Visiting Committee of the Springfield Asylum for the use of the Springfield War Hospital, which was formerly part of the asylum.
