§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether Privates 1904W T. H. Symmonds and W. H. Brooks, of No. 5 Platoon, 1/1st Home Counties Divisional Cyclist Company, 6th Royal Sussex Regiment, stationed at Hildenborough, Tonbridge, have been refused leave by their captain solely through refusal to be inoculated; and whether instructions will at once be given that these men have leave, seeing it is nearly three months since they were allowed to visit their homes?
