§ Mr. TENNANTThe Board has no such information. Prices of articles sold in canteens are fixed by the Board, with the exception of the prices of fresh vegetables, fresh milk, and similar perishables, which are settled by commanding officers. If a commanding officer cannot agree with his contractor the matter may be referred to the Board for adjudication.
