§ Mr. FIELDasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received a resolution from the Dublin Chamber of Commerce that an Irish representative of the tobacco importers and manufacturers be included on the Licensing Committee recently appointed; and whether he will consider the advisability of granting this request?
Mr. RUNCIMANI have received a copy of the resolution referred to, but I think it is important that the Licensing Committee should be as small as possible, and I do not propose to enlarge it.
