§ Mr. PETOasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the hardship to the owners of patents who are engaged in war service, and owing to the conditions of war are unable to take any steps to exploit their inventions, he will introduce legislation to extend the time during which patents can be kept in force without payment of fee for the period of the duration of the War?
