Mr. WHITEasked whether the statement issued from the Under-Secretary's Office, Dublin Castle, bearing date 15th 337W instant and which appeared in the Press of 19th instant, is intended to convey that the Government have decided upon awarding compensation value for buildings and stock ruined in the recent outbreak in Dublin upon the basis of actual loss suffered irrespective of the amount for which insurance might be in force?
