§ Major BAIRDThe development of the air defences of the country has made great progress, and is proceeding as rapidly as the manufacturing output and the needs of our forces abroad permit. In regard to the second part of the question, the hon. Member may rest assured that all possible steps are taken to secure coordination between the various branches concerned.
