WHITEasked the Prime Minister whether there is under consideration a Bill giving the Corporation of Dublin certain powers with regard to the rebuilding of the ruined area; if so, is it the intention of the Government to introduce it before the Adjournment for the holidays; and whether he has received a letter from the secretary of the Fire Losses Association protesting against legal pressure being put upon individuals to expend unremunerative capital for aesthetic reasons?
