§ Mr. FORSTERYes, Sir, some reports have been received to the effect stated in the first two parts of the question. Steps have been taken to investigate the matter, and when completed the Local Government Board, which is responsible for this Committee, will be consulted if any alteration in procedure is considered necessary.
