§ Mr. FORSTERThe price to be paid for wool of the 1916 clip, purchased by the Army Council, will be fixed on the basis of the prices ruling in June and July, 1914, with the addition of 35 per cent. but wool bought, paid for and delivered before the 8th June, 1916, will be licensed for sale or purchased at the market prices ruling at the date of the Order.
