Mr. SAMUELAn official notice relating to the registration of male aliens of French, Italian, Russian, and Serbian nationality in the Metropolitan Police district was published in the Press, and by poster in London, on the 18th instant. The object and effect of the notice was to call the attention of the persons affected to the requirement that they register themselves.
