JONESasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether the Treasury have considered the recommendation of the Royal Commission on the Civil Service that specially qualified women should be eligible for appointment to administrative posts in the Board of Education, the Local Government Board, the Board of Trade, and certain other Government Departments; and whether they propose to take any action thereupon?
