Mr. SAMUELThe Committee to which I suppose my hon. Friend refers is an interdepartmental one for settling administrative arrangements. It is not usual to give the names of the members of such Committees which form part of the ordinary administration. The War Office, Home Office, and Local Government Board are represented, and a member of the Central Appeal Tribunal is chairman.
