§ Mr. JOYNSON-HICKSasked the Home Secretary whether two Germans of the name of Freudenberg and Sutl arrived at Plymouth in the steamship "Osterley" from Australia, being interned prisoners sent home for the purpose of being exchanged with German prisoners; whether these two prisoners had first-class cabins with every luxury on board; and whether similar treatment is accorded to our interned prisoners in Germany?
