§ Mr. FARRELLasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he is 349W aware that the local London authority have made a claim for the handing over to them of the money to the credit of a soldier named John O'Reilly, who is at present an inmate of Banstead Lunatic Asylum, where he was sent after recovering from a gas attack in Flanders; whether he is aware that this man has dependants in Ireland; and whether he will explain why a man's credit is paid over to a local authority in whose jurisdiction he was only a short time resident?
