§ Mr. TENNANTI can trace no record of Harry Sinclair, of Southend, in connection with the Royal Flying Corps. The explanation of the case probably is that this man's group had been called up and that he was outside the numbers in that group which were allotted to the Royal Flying Corps. It is also possible that he failed to pass his trade test.
