§ Mr. RAWLINSONasked the President of the Board of Trade, whether he will give instructions to the Paper Commission to give serious consideration to the special requirements of those weekly trade, technical, and professional publications which are so necessary for the maintenance of our export trade and industrial efficiency and to hear the evidence of the representatives of such publications before arriving at a decision?
Mr. RUNCIMANI do not think that it is possible for the Commission, in arranging for the distribution of paper amongst the various users, to take account of the purpose to which the paper is to be put.
