§ Mr. CRUMLEYasked the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture (Ireland) if his attention had been called to the fact that in several parts of Ireland for some time back there has been wholesale slaughter of young pigs between the ages of six and nine months; whether the Department has already prohibited the slaughter of calves under three months old; and whether he will recommend that a similar Order be made against the laughter of young pigs, which deprives the country of necessary stocks?
