§ Mr. FIELDasked the Secretary to the Board of Trade if he will have inquiry made as to the minimum rates of wages paid to labourers, writers, and clerks employed in the city of Dublin by the London and North-Western Railway Company, the City of Dublin Steam Packet Company, and in the Army Departments; and if he will publish these rates of pay for the information of the House of Commons?
