§ Mr. INGLEBYasked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been drawn to the remarks of Mr. Justice Sargeant in giving his judgment in the ease of Enlayde, Limited, v. Roberts, with reference to aircraft damage insurance; and whether, to allay public anxiety on the subject, he is prepared to state that the benefit of insurances against aircraft damage effected with the Government shall enure for the benefit of, as well as the persons in whose names such insurance may be effected, as also of all other persons interested in the insured premises?
