§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Secretary of State for War if he will order the immediate release of James Bell, of Milborne Port, Somerset, who has been taken into the Army by the military, having been refused an appeal to the county tribunal by the local tribunal, which the local tribunal had no power to withhold; and will he order the commanding officer at Dorchester, to which place Bell has been taken, to afford him all necessary facilities for carrying forward his appeal?
