§ Mr. BYRNEasked the Secretary to the Treasury when he expects to give a decision on the question of the war bonus for Civil Service assistant clerks; if in making the award the Treasury will take into consideration the varying conditions as regards overtime in the various offices in which assistant clerks are employed?
