§ Mr. C. ROBERTSThe name of Dr. Sven Hedin is still in the list of Honorary Knights Commanders of the Order of the Indian Empire. The whole question of the position of honorary members of British; Orders has been the subject of careful consideration since the outbreak of the War. Any action taken in this connection would be in the form of dealing with the subject generally rather than with individual cases.
