HC Deb 21 September 1915 vol 74 c338W
Mr. T. M. HEALY

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he can procure and lay upon the Table the affidavits, depositions, or evidence of the German convict Stahl in America, subsequently admitted by him to be perjury, averring that the "Lusitania" carried guns; and if there is any evidence of connection of German diplomatic agents with Stahl?

Sir E. GREY

Neither the documents referred to in the question, nor copies of them, are at present in the possession of His Majesty's Government, but His Majesty's Ambassador at Washington is being communicated with on the whole subject with a view to obtaining what information is available.
