HC Deb 21 September 1915 vol 74 c343W
Mr. NEEDHAM

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether the cheap railway tickets now issued to societies or institutions who undertake to arrange holidays for poor children under fourteen years of age can be extended to the Boys' Scouts Association and associate societies?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

I am afraid that no extension of the issue of the cheap tickets referred to can be made at present.
