HC Deb 16 September 1915 vol 74 cc164-5W
Mr. ELLIS DAVISE

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether his attention has been drawn to the case of Captain Broadbent, who, whilst claiming to be in command of the troops at Conway, was, on the 7th instant, fined by the magistrates for causing a light to be shown on his motor car near the sea at midnight, and was further charged with assaulting the police sergeant, in respect of which he was ordered to pay the costs; and will he say what action he proposes to take in this case?

Mr. TENNANT

I have called for a Report on this matter. Perhaps my hon. Friend will be good enough to repeat his question next week.
