HC Deb 16 September 1915 vol 74 c169W
Mr. FIELD

asked the President of the Board of Trade what wages are paid by Irish railway companies to their employés; and whether the Dublin South-Eastern Railway Company pay their men upon a lower scale than the other companies?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

I would refer my hon. Friend to the average figures given in the Railway Companies (Staff and Wages) Return for 1913 (Parliamentary Paper 470), of which I am sending him a copy.
