§ Mr. McKENNAThis meeting was not prohibited. The committee who had it in contemplation abandoned their project, as I understand, because they were not allowed special facilities for holding it in Hyde Park. In view of the terms of the resolution to be moved and the proposed presence of alien enemies on the platform, the meeting was clearly one for which facilities could not be given.
