§ Mr. HAROLD BAKERI am afraid that the information asked for by the hon. Member could only be produced by a process of laborious compilation, and in the present pressure of work I could not undertake to impose the additional burden on the Department. The last part of the question is a matter for the Treasury, which lays down the rules governing such cases.
