§ Mr. HOBHOUSEI understand that the regular horse drivers have received an increase of 3s. a week. In the case of the odd drivers an increase of wages was not 1839W regarded as necessary in order to comply with the terms of the Fair-Wages Clause, but I understand some of them are receiving increases of 1s. to 3s. a week. The regular motor drivers have received an increase of 2s. a week.
