§ Mr. HOBHOUSEThe train is due at Helmsdale at 1.52 p.m., on the 18th February it arrived at 3.58 p.m. The mail-cart for the north left Helmsdale at 2.5 p.m., after information had been received that the train was running more than one and a half hours late.
