§ Mr. HOBHOUSEThe afternoon mail train has not arrived punctually at Thurso or Wick on any occasion during this period. The average lateness was two hours and twenty-seven minutes at Wick and two hours and twenty-nine minutes at Thurso. No material improvement can be looked for in present circumstances.
