§ Dr. MACNAMARAI find on inquiry that the labourers serving in the temporary emergency hospital at Devonport have not received the increase of 1s. a week granted to labourers in naval establishments as from 28th September last. 83W The necessary instructions have been issued for the increase to be paid, antedated as from the 28th September, 1914.
