REESasked the Secretary of State for India whether he has any information he can communicate to the House regarding the proposed construction of a harbour at Vizagapatam, and provision of railway communication between that port and Raipur, and between the coast and Jeypore and Bustar; and whether such inquiries have been completed, or are being made, as will enable these connected projects to be taken 'in hand immediately after the War?
