§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELLEach county committee of agriculture in Ireland employ one or more poultry instructors, and it would naturally fall within the scope of these instructors' duties to report through the county committee any serious or widespread outbreak of disease in poultry within their respective districts. No report of such a nature has been received by the Department within the past few months.
