§ Mr. DUNCAN MILLARasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, having regard to the depreciation in securities due to the issue of the new War Loan, he will consider as to introducing some scheme which will avoid the loss incurred where trustees have to realise securities for the purpose of meeting Death Duties?
