§ Mr. McKENNANo, Sir; there is no obligation on the military authorities to report to the Home Secretary in this matter, and they do not do so. Many of 741W the orders issued come to the notice of the Home Office in connection with the orders made by the justices under the Temporary Restriction Act, but my Department is not in a position to collect and give the information asked for in the last sentence of the question.
