HALL (Dulwich)asked the President of the Board of Trade if, in view of the recent decision of the Court of Appeal in the case of the Continental Tyre and Rubber Company, the whole of the shares in which, with one exception, are held by alien enemies, it is proposed to introduce legislation to deprive alien enemies by this device of the right of using the English Courts to sue British subjects?
