§ Mr. McKENNAThe Postmaster-General has asked me to reply. I am not sure that I understand my hon. Friend's question. During the War no letters are received direct by post from an enemy country. Letters coming from a neutral country are liable to be opened on the terms of the warrants under which the censorship is established.
