HC Deb 02 February 1915 vol 69 c4W
Sir GEORGE SCOTT ROBERTSON

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the advisability of issuing a conspicuous badge of honour which may be worn by registered recruits while they are waiting to be called up for training?

Mr. TENNANT

Men whose names have been registered are not kept waiting long, and it has not been considered advisable to issue badges.
