HC Deb 21 December 1915 vol 77 cc203-4W
Mr. LEICESTER HARMSWORTH

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the privilege enjoyed by holders of the Victoria Cross, Distinguished Service Order, and certain Territorial and Volunteer decorations of being allowed to place the initial letters of these orders after their names, he will consider the desirability of according similar permission to holders of the Military Cross?

Mr. TENNANT

The Royal Warrant makes express provision against the permission which my hon. Friend desires.
