§ Mr. KINGasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will give the estimated amount by which the coummutation fund under the Welsh Church Act, 1914, will have to be augmented on the supposition that Clause 2 of the Welsh Church (Postponement) Bill passes into law, and assuming that the War will continue twelve months from 4th August, 1914; also the same estimated amount assuming that the War will continue two years; and what the estimated value of a tithe rent-charge of £100 will be on 1st January, 1916?
