asked the Under-Secretary for War if he will state who are the members of Mr. Booth's Committee and what are their individual qualifications for dealing with matters relating to skilled labour and munitions of war?

Field-Marshal the Earl Kitchener, Secretary of State for War.

Major-General Sir Stanley B. von Donop, Master-General of the Ordnance.

Sir Herbert A. Walker, Chairman of the Railways Executive Committee.

Sir Algernon Firth, President of the Associated Chambers of Commerce.

George M. Booth, Esq.

Allan M. Smith, Esq., M.A., LL.B., Secretary of the Engineering Employers' Federation.
