§ Mr. SAMUEL SAMUELasked the Home Secretary whether he will give a Return to the House of Commons of the number of naturalised Germans and Austrians on the voting registers for Parliament throughout the country and who are at present entitled to vote at the General Election, in view of the fact that their names are put on the registers by the overseers without any inquiry?
