§ Sir WILLIAM BULLasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will take steps to provide for the return to the representatives of any articled clerk who, before the termination of his articles, has lost his life while serving with His Majesty's Forces of the £80 stamp duty paid in respect of such articles?
§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEI have authorised the Commissioners of Inland Revenue to refund the equivalent of the duty in these cases on the application of the representatives of the parties concerned.
