§ Mr. FREDERICK WHYTEasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received complaints from growers of vegetables in many parts of the country that, owing to the disturbance of ordinary conditions of transport, they cannot place their produce on the market; and whether, seeing that the railways are under the control of the Government, he can promise to take action to remedy this grievance?
