§ Mr. O'DONNELLasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that, in allocating an equivalent Grant to Ireland for the money granted to England 1955W under the Education Act of 1902, Mr. Wyndham stated on the 1st April, 1903, that the allocation was based on the ratio of the population of Ireland to that of England according to the last Census; and, if so, what steps he proposes to take to carry out such an allocation?
